SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order and 5-7 days to ship your order. Shipping during holiday season may take more time. Orders will be shipped via USPS- Express Shipping. Prices for shipping may vary since USPS Express shipping is determined by the weight of the package. All orders over $100 will be shipped free.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns will be refunded via store credit  or even exchange only. Please indicate whether you would like store credit or an even exchange on the 'Return and Exchange Form' in the return package. Please note the new size and item for an exchange on the 'Return and Exchange Form' provided with your order.  Store credit will be issued to the same email address used when placing the original order.  All Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your package. Brick2Billboard is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items.
